We led the end-to-end product design for a multi-stakeholder mental healthcare platform serving therapists, adminsitrators, and patients across clinical, corporate, and educational ecosystems. The process began with stakeholder interviews and workflow analysis to identify usability gaps, operational challenges, and collaboration inefficiencies within the existing system.
